As a Franchisee you have only 3 tasks and responsibilities – (1) finding a customer, (2) finding a maid, and (3) ensuring customer satisfaction, through proper training to the maid, and continuously checking on the customer.

A Franchisee can have as many customers and maids as he or she can handle.

UBY will take care of all the logistics, and administration works such as, (1) Collection of money from customers, (2) Payment of salaries to maids, (3) Payment of commissions to Franchisees, (4) Accounting and Taxations, (5) Marketing and promotions, (6) Counseling services, (7) Annual Retreat, (8) Annual Excursion, etc.

Main intentions of UBY are (1) Customer satisfaction to the clients, (2) Employment generation for maids, and (3) providing business opportunities to the Franchisees.  Hence UBY pays the maids and franchisees more than industry standard rates and percentages.  That’s the biggest advantage of going with UBY Home Care Services LLP.
